At Poppycare Health Ltd, our staff are experienced in both the physical and mental wellbeing of employees in the workplace and can devise return to work programmes for absent employees.
We have programmes that can help prevent further absences and even help an employee return to work in another role should they not be fit enough to carry out their regular duties.
Our in house Occupational Health Clinical Lead Nurse can undertake clinical assessments with employees on behalf of the employer and report on the impact of the role currently being undertaken. Advice is then issued with guidance on the employees ability to perform his/her duties and where required, recommendations for additional control measures to be put in place.
